ADGEX is a technological engineering company, one of the leading innovative developers in mobile and renewable energy, microelectronics, transportation industry, materials science, and modular mechanical engineering. Given the priority of the environmental problem, ADGEX specialists identified China as one of the key markets for projects and technological solutions in the area of alternative “green” energy sources. We were tasked with promoting a number of key energy and industrial projects in China.


Adaptation and promotion of ADGEX technology projects in order to attract potential Chinese partners and investors.


The promotion campaign had the main objective to attract investment partners to the project, so our team decided to focus on few potential Chinese investors and organizing pitching in major cities of China. To do this, it was necessary to collect a pool of large Chinese companies and investment funds and prepare a preliminary project presentation for them. Then, depending on the feedback, we had to determine the possibility of a meet-up.

The Internet coverage is also an important factor in assessing the project reputation and image by potential partners, so it was decided to focus on top Chinese media portals and specialized finance and investment resources, as well as arrange a support though major social networks.


A base of potential investors, including the large Chinese companies and investment funds, was collected. Our team managed to implement the full cycle of sales: from searching for potential partners and mailing out presentation materials to generating leads and supporting further communication between ADGEX representatives and potential investors.

The feedback demonstrated a keen interest in the project – contact was established with more than 10 companies that expressed their willingness to have a meeting with ADGEX representatives in China. The next step was the preparation of the event, and Shanghai was chosen as the venue. Our Chinese office team managed to prepare all the necessary infrastructure for the event and ensure the participation of a number of large Chinese mass media in covering the event and presenting the project. We involved the top Chinese media portals such as Sohu and Toutiao to regularly post reviews and news articles about the project. We also picked up resources dedicated to finance and investment to post articles and press releases.
